Margot Tenenbaum. 10" x 13" colored pencil, ink, and acrylic paint on paper. Buy the original on Etsy.
This is the second in a series of drawings I'm doing based on characters I love from different films, television shows, or anything really. The Royal Tenenbaums, directed by Wes Anderson, has always been on of my favorite movies. When I thought about which character i'd draw from the movie it was no question that it would be Margot. I drew her here smoking a cigarette, her wooden finger, and standing in Richie's living room gallery. The quote comes from the movie, the narrator says it about Margot in the beginning.

Ghost World. 10" x 13" colored pencil, ink, and acrylic paint on paper. This is the first in a series of drawings I'm doing based on characters I love from different films, television shows, or anything really.
I figure I've already updated once here, might as well make it a habit. I always try to spell "habit," as "habbit" like a hobbit haha. My schedule for the next week is some what full, on saturday I'm going to help my friend Paige out with engagement photos she's shooting, in the middle of the forest. It's going to be so hot and so many mosquitos, not glamorous. Then wednesday is HARRY POTTER!! so excited, I'm not going to a midnight showing because I tend to fall asleep during them, sleepy bear. Then saturday is the show below...
Which should be eventful, I'm really excited to see it all in person, especially work by Heidi "My Paper Crane" Kenney, I wish she was coming to the show. That'd be amazing.
Anyway, between all of that I need to finish my visa application. Busy bear, busy bear indeed.

I'm leaving for london around in late june, I kind of hit a snag in the whole visa situation but I'm taking another route as far as moving there goes. I'm considering just closing my livejournal because I don't update it anymore, I kind of liked doing it in april but i lost steam again. I'm going to keep it for reading friend's journals, and this will still be here incase I want to make any like friends only type entries.
I guess what I'm trying to say is i'm not deleting it, but I definitely won't be using it regularly. Here is where you can find me:
